The confirmation of the order is linked to the acceptance of the amount by the insurance company. Once the order is accepted we will send the confirmation by e-mail together with the .pdf file attached. Your order will be delivered to you free of transport charges and within 24/48 working hours if you are in our direct distribution area.
Orders whose delivery address is outside of our direct distribution are have an extra transport cost:
• Orders of less than 100 euros* – transport cost 6 Euros
• Orders of more than 100 euros* – free transport
• During the purchase process, the customer will be notified if his address is outside the main distribution area and he will see the cost of transport detailed in the basket.
*The 100 euros are before VAT is applied
RETURNS
In the event of disagreement with the product received you have a period of 15 calendar days (from the date of delivery) to return the material. The delivery note is essential for any change or return, as well as returning the material in a perfect unused condition.The reason for the return must also be specified.
In the case of returns of non stock products (outside the stock catalogue of Manxa, will be expressly purchased for the customer) it is essential to fill out this form (it must be downloaded, filled out and sent to industrial@manxa.com). The customer will bear the direct cost of the return (8 euros) in terms of management and transport. These products are duly indicated in our online store as “Custom Products”.
