Deliveries and Returns

DELIVERIES

Order confirmation is subject to the insurer’s approval of the amount. Once approved, we will send you the confirmation by email with the PDF file attached.

Orders within our direct distribution area (our usual delivery route) will be delivered by our trucks, free of transport charges, within 24–48 business hours.

Orders with debit payment
(card or bank transfer)

Orders with immediate payment have the following additional transport cost:

· Orders under €100* – transport cost €6 (VAT not included)
· Orders over €100* – free transport

*The €100 is calculated before VAT is applied and does not include transport costs.

Orders with credit payment outside our direct distribution area

For orders with credit payment delivered outside the main area:

· Orders under €15* – transport cost €5 (VAT not included)
· Orders over €15* – free transport

During the checkout process, if the delivery address is outside the main area, the customer will be notified and the transport cost will be shown in detail in the shopping cart.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you have 15 calendar days (from the date of delivery) to return the material. The delivery note is essential for any exchange or return, and the material must be returned in perfect condition and unused. The reason for the return must also be specified.

For returns of special-order products (not in the Manxa stock catalogue, purchased specifically for the customer), it is necessary to complete the form (to be downloaded, filled in, and sent to industrial@manxa.com). The customer will bear the direct return cost (€8) for handling and transport. These products are clearly marked on our online store as “Special-order product”.

Deliveries with our own transport

On our usual routes, we make deliveries with our trucks. Recently, we have added 100% electric vans, reinforcing our commitment to sustainability.

Deliveries with external transport

For areas where we do not have a regular route or where volume is lower, we work with trusted carriers so that the material arrives just as quickly and safely.
