Quality Policy

Our organization ensures proper business management and rigorous administration. We ensure compliance with the commitments made, the expectations generated by our customers, and compliance with laws, regulations and prevention as an inescapable responsibility.

To achieve this challenge effectively, the General Management promotes the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) which involves:.

Be customer-oriented by identifying their needs and expectations in order to satisfy them to the maximum and thus ensure the continuity and progress of the business. Accept the challenges in innovation and creativity that are posed to us to be more efficient.

To be oriented to the results that we measure with indicators that allow to improve activities that contribute value to the GSC and serve us to achieve the objectives in an efficient form.

Carry out our quality policy through the analysis and measurement of processes aimed at continuous improvement and do so in a manner consistent with the objectives that the Management and the Quality Committee set annually.

Work closely with our suppliers in order to assure that our suppliers’ activites comply with the SCG requirements and learn for their innovations. They are part of our quality system, so they need to know our quality policy and conform to it with exigency and efficiency.

Be aware of the sector and sensitive to capture the best practices for learning, emulating and improving when they are part of our goals.

All the team who work on the company are commited to practice the values of our organisation, by respecting the working rules and procedures, in order to contribute innovations and creations and projecting an excellent service to our clients, with efficiency and positive results.
