Do you need to homologate your welders?

If you need to homologate your welders we can visit you in your workplace in order to carry out the homologation!
The price is from 350€ depending on your needs and preferences in the homologation

This course is carried out following the Norm EN-9606-1

The homologations we offer you:

MAG Homologation

Carbon steel with 10mm  MAG

Base material: carbon steel
Contribution material: solid and tubular rod (M)
Thickness of the base material: sheet of 10 (the qualification range for the welder will be of sheets> 3mm to butt joints)
Type of joint: butt (qualifies butt welds)
Welding position: PA; PB; PF

TIG Homologation

Stainless steel in 2mm TIG angle

Welding procedure: TIG (141) Covers 141, 142, 143 and 145
Base material: Stainless steel
Contribution material: Rod S (B). Qualifies Rod S and M
Thickness of the base material: sheet of 2 (the qualification range for the welder will be of sheets of 2 to 4mm in joints in angle)
Joint type: angled (qualifies angle welds)
More than one pass: qualifies for single pass welding
Welding position: PA; PB; PF

Electrode Homologation

Carbon steel in length 10mm Electrode

Welding procedure: electrode (111)
Base material: carbon steel
Contribution material: basic electrode (B) (Grade B; R; RB; RC; RR; A; RA)
Thickness of the base material: sheet of 10 (the qualification range for the welder will be of sheets> 3mm at angle joints)
Joint type: angled (qualifies angle welds)
Welding position: PA; PB; PF
More than one pass: qualifies for multi-pass welding and only one pass
