Laser welding

The laser beam offers different possibilities for joining metals. It can join parts on their surface or generate deep weld seams. It can also combined with conventional welding procedures.

For ease of automation, consistent quality constant and lack of post-processing, the use of laser welding has clear advantages and benefits:

The main positive aspect of this process is that the heat input is very small and very little heat is generated, thus achieving very little deformation of the welded parts
Laser welding is up to ten times faster than traditional TIG welding, as it allows the process to be started and stopped instantaneously
The joints and seams obtained are almost perfect, avoiding in most cases machining and other subsequent treatments
Ease of use of laser welding equipment through prior training of the equipment. No prior knowledge of welding is required
